Comcast plan for call center to create 200 new jobs here

Comcast Corp. plans to establish a regional call center in Huntsville that will create 200 jobs.

The nation's largest cable TV provider says it will provide more details on the project at a ceremony Nov. 14.

The call center will be at 7027 Old Madison Pike.

Verizon Wireless recently opened a $44 million call center in Thornton Research Park that employs 450.
