Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRCY), announced that it has completed the previously
announced acquisition of Echotek Corporation for approximately $49 million,
payable in a combination of cash and shares of Mercury common stock, with such
stock representing approximately 10 percent of the total purchase price. Based
in Huntsville, Alabama, Echotek is a market leader in the development of data
acquisition products.
