InterSouth plans Old Madison Pike office park

InterSouth Properties Inc. plans to develop Park West Center, a multitenant office park located at 7077 Old Madison Pike.

The location is zoned Research Park Applications District and supports Cummings Research Park with multitenant office space, company officials said.

Park West Center will contain more than 120,000 square feet of office space on 14 acres. The first phase of the project will contain more than 60,000 square feet in a single-story banded brick and glass building.

Construction is scheduled to begin in July. Turner-Universal Construction Company has been selected as the general contractor.
