Membership in the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce provides you with a variety of ways to make new customer contacts, network with your fellow Chamber business members and enhance your overall lead generation and selling efforts. You might even come to think of us as the "to" in business to business!

While some of the networking and lead generation activities of the Chamber are a benefit of membership, other visible methods of promoting your business are available through Chamber sponsorship opportunities. A description of each of the currently available opportunities follows.

Annual Meeting of Members
Be the premier sponsor of the Chamber's Annual Meeting of Members and get direct exposure for your company with more than 1,100 business owners and CEOs. On the day of the meeting, sponsorship includes: display of your company logo at the event, your company name/logo on the event program, and an invitation to a special reception with keynote speaker.

Prior to the event, sponsorship includes: your company name/logo will appear on the Chamber's web site and will offer a direct link to your company's web site, and your company will be recognized on all pre-event promotion materials and press releases/media alerts. Cost: $40,000.

Small Business Awards Dinner
Be the premier sponsor of the Chamber's annual Small Business Award Dinner, Huntsville/MadisonCounty’s most prestigious small business and small business leadership awards event, and get direct exposure for your company with more than 800 of Huntsville/Madison County’s business and civic leaders. On the day of the event, sponsorship includes: time at the podium to introduce your company to attendees, your company name/logo on the event program, distribution of your company marketing materials and a copy of the attendance list after the event.

Prior to the event, sponsorship includes: your company name/logo will appear on the Chamber's web site and will offer a direct link to your company's web site, and your company will be recognized on all pre-event promotion materials and press releases/media alerts. Cost: $10,000.

Business Expo
Sponsor one of the bi-annual Exchange events, an increasingly popular tradeshow of the Chamber of Commerce that attracts more than 90 companies looking to do business. Sponsorship includes preferred table location, 20 free passes, company banner in a prominent location, name/logo on all marketing pieces in print and on the web, Chamber mailing labels, and more. Cost: $5,000

Business After Business Networking Event
Sponsor a networking event and get in front of approximately 400 professionals. Includes a copy of the attendance list after the event, promotion of your company in all pre-event marketing materials (including direct mail to 2,600 members), a table top exhibit, two guest passes, five minutes of remarks and promotion in press releases/media alerts and on the web site. Cost: $2,500 per event.

Breakfast and Biz
This event provides an structured networking for members and new employees of existing member businesses, and gains valuable exposure among over 250 business professionals. You'll receive your business name/logo on all promotional materials and on the Chamber's web site registration form, an opportunity to provide an overview of your company/business to the attendees and a tabletop display of your company products/services. You'll also be given an opportunity to place your company's promotional materials in the Chamber Pak the month following the event you sponsor. Cost: $2,500.
