The definition of an Emissary is "one sent on a mission as an agent of another." As an Emissary you help provide a personal connection between the Chamber of Commerce, its membership, and the community-at-large. It is your mission to further our mission of preparing, developing, and promoting the community for economic growth. In this special role you become an advocate for our initiatives. You serve as a voice for the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County.

Drake, vice president and business operations manager for Drako Communications, brings boundless energy to everything she does. She was awarded the 2009 Emissary of the Year because of her ability to provide outstanding customer service to the companies she represents as an emissary. Drake has volunteered for more than two years with the Chamber.
