Seven Essential Skills of Leadership—Redstone Room

Part I draws on the ideas espoused in Dr. Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Central to Part I is the idea of an inside-out approach to personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The basic principle is that a person who achieves a high degree of self-mastery will be able to work more effectively with others over time. Concepts to be discussed include effective communications, goal-setting/achievement, prioritizing, synergizing, and establishing win-win relationships
